Sharon Tompkins

Sharon Tompkins has extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as Director of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs at NextGen Healthcare since August 2010. In this role, Sharon supports the development and optimization of clinical and regulatory content within software solutions to meet the requirements of various quality reporting programs, such as MACRA and PQRS. As a Subject Matter Expert, Sharon possesses deep knowledge of regulatory reporting and software requirements for quality improvement initiatives. Prior to this, Sharon held several positions at NextGen Healthcare from 2004 to 2009, including Health Quality Measures Developer, Team Lead, and Manager of HQM Implementation, Development & Support, along with serving as an Implementation Specialist and Corporate Trainer.
