Dheeraj Settigari has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2014, they served as a Line Lead at Hungry Jack's Australia Pty Ltd for two years. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Crew Lead at McDonald's. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of a Sales Representative at Discounted Confectionery. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as an Aquatic Safety Instructor at Wet'n'Wild Sydney. In 2019, they joined Datacom as a Customer Service Representative, where they excelled in resolving customer concerns and identifying opportunities for improvement. In 2021, they became a Risk and Investments Consultant at Zurich Financial Services Australia, where they demonstrated strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality control. In 2022, they moved to Zurich Insurance as a Quality Analyst, providing accurate performance feedback and fostering positive relationships with various departments. In 2023, they will begin a new role as a Production Support Analyst at NextGen.

Dheeraj Settigari completed their Master of Cybersecurity degree from La Trobe University, specializing in Business and Operations, from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Macquarie University, studying from 2016 to 2020.
