Ebony Dang

Ebony Dang has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ebony began their career at NCSI in 2003 as a Senior Service Desk Analyst and worked there until 2008. In 2009, they joined Commonwealth Bank as a Direct Debit Refund Support Officer and remained there until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Action Home Loans as a Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant. Since 2011, they have been employed at NextGen.Net, starting as a Client Services Officer and later transitioning to a Project Support Analysis role. Their most recent position at NextGen.Net is Technical Project Manager, a role they have held since October 2018.

Ebony Dang has a diverse education history. In 1992, they attended Bonnyrigg High School and obtained their High School Certificate in 1997. Following high school, they pursued Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at TAFE liverpool from an unspecified start year until 1998.

In 2013, Ebony enrolled in the College For Adult Learning (CAL) to pursue a Diploma of Project Management, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Certification for Agile PM Foundation and Practitioner from CAL in 2016.

Ebony has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills. In 2016, they received a Diploma in Project Management from Agile Project Management Foundation Certificate. More recently, in March 2021, they completed a course titled "Enhance Your Productivity with Effective Note-Taking" from LinkedIn. In November 2020, they completed a course titled "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," also from LinkedIn.
