Francis Lingad

Francis Lingad has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Francis began their career in 2007 as a Mainframe Applications Programmer at Software Ventures International, where they developed, maintained, and supported several project requirements for Northwest Airlines.

In 2009, they joined RMH Teleservices Asia Pacific Inc as a Programmer Analyst, where they designed, implemented, and maintained system programs that processed data from client systems to NCO's software systems.

From 2010 to 2020, Francis worked as a Mainframe IT Consultant/Programmer at CAI-STA Philippines, Inc, focusing on the development, maintenance, and support of new/existing programs and processes for Excellus BlueCross BlueShield.

In 2011, they became a Software Consultant/Deployment Specialist at A-IT Software Services Pte. Ltd., providing primary application and deployment support to Citibank N.A. In 2013, they joined Wipro as a Senior Software Engineer/Deployment & Infrastructure Specialist, where they provided primary application support to Citibank N. A. - Enterprise Platform Services.

Since 2016, Francis has been working at NextGen, first as a Production Support Analyst - Level 1, providing online support services to clients. Francis then progressed to the role of Production Support Analyst - Level 2, where they investigated issues with financial services applications and applied software development and problem-solving skills to escalate and resolve problems. In 2022, they transitioned to the position of Product Technical Business Analyst.

Throughout their career, Francis has demonstrated strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedicated focus on providing excellent customer support and ensuring the stability of test and production environments.

Francis Lingad completed a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines between 2001 and 2006. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in various professional subjects such as Agile Requirements Foundations, Scrum: The Basics, Agile Foundations, Business Analysis Foundations, and What Is Business Analysis? These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification obtained in June 2022.
