With extensive experience in talent management and acquisition, Neil holds the position of Founding Director at TechLife and Director at s0urce, providing expertise in growth strategies and people analytics. Neil has also contributed as Co-chair of #sydrecmeetup and owned Fletch & Bob, a coffee business sold in 2022.
