Demetrios Salpoglou

Demetrios Salpoglou has had a successful career in the real estate industry, starting in 2002 as CEO of Boston Pads, an information and technology services company. In the same year, they also became CEO of Boardwalk Properties. In 2004, they founded NextGen Realty, which offers a wide selection of real estate in the Metro Boston area. In 2006, they started working as CEO of Jacob Realty, a full-service real estate company. In 2008, they founded Boston Snow Removal, specializing in snow plowing and shoveling services in the Greater Boston area. Throughout their career, Demetrios has gained extensive experience and knowledge in the real estate industry.

Demetrios Salpoglou pursued a double major in Environmental Science and Political Science at American University from 1988 to 1993. In February 2003, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Additionally, they are a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, although the specific month and year of obtaining this membership are unknown.
