Matt Ottmer

Matt is the CEO of Kisbee Therapeutics, an early-stage biotechnology company developing life-changing treatments for brain injuries and neurodegenerative diseases. He has over 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience spanning Operations, Finance, Product Development, and Strategy. In addition to providing business management experience to the organization, Matt will assist in recruiting other corporate leaders to support the work of NextGen Talent. Matt is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
