Chris Ito

Chris Ito has over 20 years of extensive experience in sales and cybersecurity leadership. Currently serving as the Global Director of Sales & Cyber Security Sales Leader at Sycomp since November 2017, Chris oversees operations for a global VAR that services Fortune 500 companies worldwide. In addition, Chris contributes as an Advisory Committee Member for NextGen Cyber, a non-profit focused on increasing diversity in the cybersecurity field. Previous roles include Client Director at Optiv Inc, where responsibilities included managing large strategic accounts, and Regional Account Manager at VMware Carbon Black, specializing in advanced threat protection. Chris began a career in sales with leadership roles at notable companies such as SAP, Lawson Software, Encentuate, and Extensity. Chris holds an MBA and a B.S. in Marketing from California State University - East Bay.
