Andrew Robertson has a diverse work history in various roles with different companies. Andrew began their career in 1991 as a Product Management professional at SSE (Siemens) and worked there until 1999. From 2000 to 2002, they were involved in Strategic R&D at Logica Mobile Networks. In 2002, Robertson served as the VP of Product Management at XIAM, where they focused on content discovery and personalized mobile experiences for subscribers. Andrew later joined Cibenix as the VP of Product Marketing from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, they transitioned to Tektronix Communications as a Senior Manager of Global Product Marketing and contributed to network diagnostics and service assurance solutions. From 2013 to 2014, Robertson worked as the VP of Marketing at iQuate, specializing in IT inventory and discovery. In 2014, they became the VP of Product at CR2, a pioneer in retail banking software. In 2015, Robertson joined 1E as VP of Marketing, focusing on software lifecycle automation. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Analyst Relations & Customer Advocacy at Nexthink, a company that enables IT departments to improve digital workplaces and support employees.

Andrew Robertson attended Trinity College Dublin from 1985 to 1989 where they obtained a BA in Mathematics and a BAI in Software Engineering. Andrew later pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management at University College Dublin from 1999 to 2001. In 2019 to 2020, they attended IMD, where they earned a degree in Business Leadership.
