Arun Ulianchery worked at Nexthink as a Customer Success Manager starting in March 2022, where they were responsible for ensuring the success of a large portfolio of customers. Prior to this, they worked at Tata Consultancy Services from 2007 to 2022, holding various roles such as Digital Transformation Manager, Transition Manager, and Service Delivery Manager. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Wipro Limited as a Support Specialist, and from 2004 to 2004, they were a Test Engineer at Ferromatik Milacron India Pvt. Ltd.

Arun Ulianchery attained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham between 2000 and 2004. In addition, they obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from Tata Consultancy Services in 2013 and ITIL V3 Foundation from APMG-International in 2011.
