Bill Balicki

Bill Balicki is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience leading sales strategies and customer success initiatives across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Nexthink since October 2025, Bill oversees the company’s go-to-market strategy and regional growth in the Digital Employee Experience space. Prior to Nexthink, Bill held the role of Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Customer Success at Synopsys Inc. from April 2014 to October 2025, focusing on software security and quality. Bill's career also includes positions as Regional Vice President at Coverity, Director of Sales at Foliage Software, Account Executive roles at Parametric Technology and MCI Telecommunications, and a Product Specialist position at Pioneer Electronics. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Communications from Babson College.
