Sacha Louboff has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 1998, Sacha worked as a Research and Development Software Engineer at Sopra Group. Later that year, they worked as an IT Manager at Computer Channel / VTCOM - France Télécom subsidiary. In 1999, Sacha joined Mercury Interactive as a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant until 2006. Starting in 2006, Sacha worked at IBM, first as a Service Management Solution Architect and then as a Pre-Sales Team Leader until 2018. In 2018, Sacha joined ServiceNow as a Senior Solution Consultant and later moved to Nexthink, where they currently work as a Customer Success Manager Strategic Accounts.

Sacha Louboff has a diverse education history. In 1993, they attended the Université de Limoges and completed a two-year technical degree in Computer Science, known as Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie. This phase of their education lasted until 1995. Later, from 1996 to 1998, they enrolled in the École Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM, where they pursued a degree in Business/Commerce, with a specialization in General Studies. Additionally, in 1998, Sacha completed a post-graduate year in Organization and Information Systems Management at the same institution (ESCEM).
