Zeyad Shaya is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Nexthink since March 2020, specializing in transforming employee experience technology through a leading SaaS platform for IT, targeting sales across the Nordic Region, BeNeLux, and EMEA. Prior to this, Zeyad held the position of Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems, focusing on Pega's Low-Code Customer Engagement Platform, and was involved in various CRM and marketing initiatives in the banking and financial services sector. Zeyad's experience also includes roles as an IT Management Consultant at Advanze Consulting Group AB, CRM Consultant at Acando, and customer operations support at Telia.
