Ian Leavengood

Ian R. Leavengood is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LeavenLaw, a civil trial firm established in November 2004, specializing in assisting clients with injury, accident, work comp claims, debt, and consumer protection matters. Additionally, Leavengood is the Real Estate Broker/Owner of NextHome Luxe Coastal since October 2023 and Co-Founder, General Manager & General Counsel of Collateral Bankruptcy Services, LLC, which provides services related to the bankruptcy process. Leavengood's previous experience includes serving as a Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, focusing on tax and special separation services, and working as a Business Development Consultant at Procter & Gamble, improving survey processes. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution.
