Marco Morales is an experienced logistics and trade compliance professional with a robust career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as the Head of Logistics and Trade Compliance at Nexthop AI since August 2025, Marco has held significant roles in various organizations, including Director of Global Logistics and Distribution at Outset Medical, Inc., and Sr Manager of Global Logistics – Strategy at Intuitive. Prior to these positions, Marco worked as Logistics Manager at Arista Networks, Logistics and Compliance Analyst at Infinera, and Account Manager at Expeditors. Marco holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Decision Science from San Francisco State University, complemented by education at HAN University of Applied Sciences.
