Jack Osberg is a seasoned professional in the finance and customer relationship sectors, currently serving as a Credit Analyst at NexTier Bank since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jack gained extensive experience at CoStar Group, progressing through several positions including Client Relationship Consultant II, Client Relationship Consultant, and Marketing Research Advisor from June 2019 to December 2021. Earlier experiences include a brief tenure as a Growing Marketing Intern at RippleMatch, where Jack developed growth strategies for user engagement, and as an Analyst Intern at Omni Senior Living, performing demographic analyses for senior housing development. Additional internships at Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC and The Hanover Insurance Group provided insights into real estate financing and the insurance industry. Jack began a professional journey in 2016, gaining operational and supervisory experience through various roles in maintenance, customer service, and event management while studying at Virginia Tech from 2014 to 2019.
