Mira Hayashi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and support across various industries, including e-commerce and SaaS. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Consultant at Nextipedia, Mira focuses on developing customer experience strategies and optimizing operational workflows. Prior roles include Director of Customer Service at Pantastic, where Mira established the customer support division, and Training & Process Manager at HopSkipDrive, developing hiring and training protocols. With a background as Co-Founder and Creative Director at JabberBug Media, as well as various roles in the entertainment industry, Mira also holds an MFA in Theater from DePaul University and a BA in Theater from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
