Edwin Margulies

Edwin Margulies is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Evangelist at Nextiva since January 2018, Margulies focuses on enhancing customer experiences through an AI-powered Unified Customer Experience Management platform. As the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Lucky Glider Rescue & Sanctuary since October 2007, Margulies oversees operations, fundraising, and community outreach for the non-profit organization. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at TTEC Digital and Five9, where Margulies contributed to product strategy and operational management. Margulies has also held significant positions at Oracle, UBM plc, Infovista, Dialogic Corporation, Alvaria, and Verizon Business, showcasing a strong background in telecommunications, sales, marketing, and product development. Margulies holds a BA in Journalism from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
