Dallas Defibaugh

Dallas Defibaugh has over 30 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on channel sales and strategic integrators. Dallas currently serves as the Regional Sales Director-NorthEast at Nextivity since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at 7SIGNAL as the Director-Channel Sales from November 2020 to January 2023.

From 2015 to 2020, Dallas was employed at CommScope, where they held the position of Business Development Manager-Strategic Integrators. In this role, they launched a dedicated sales program targeting the System Integrator Channel, developed a "Sell Through/Sell With" strategy, and created a global business plan. Dallas successfully grew the company's revenue by selling their portfolio of Layer 1 connectivity, In-Building Wireless / DAS, and WiFi solutions across various industries and sectors.

Before joining CommScope, Dallas worked at Anixter from 2012 to 2015 as the Director of Sales-Service Providers. Dallas created and executed a business plan for direct sales to named Service Provider customers, and successfully grew the Service Provider business across multiple geographies.

Dallas also has experience working at American Power Conversion as a National Account Manager from 2010 to 2011, and at Panduit as the Director-US Channels from 2003 to 2010, where they built and managed a team of channel managers and was responsible for the company's Channel Program for Systems Integrator Channel Partners.

Early in their career, Dallas held various roles at Alcatel, Panduit, and JVC Technologies, including Territory Manager, Account Manager, and Account Manager, respectively. Dallas has a proven track record of driving sales, managing relationships, and delivering revenue growth in the technology industry.

Dallas Defibaugh attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing.
