Paul Tracy

Paul Tracy has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Paul currently works as a Sales Engineer at Nextivity since February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Network Development Engineer V, focusing on 5G Deployment Strategies at T-Mobile from September 2020 to February 2023.

Before their time at T-Mobile, Paul worked at Sprint for several years. Paul started as a Network Engineer I & II, working in various roles within network operations from September 1997 to December 2005. Paul then took on the role of Network Engineer III, specializing in Spectrum Management from December 2005 to October 2011. Paul also held the positions of Network Development Engineer IV, UE Relay & Femto development lead from August 2014 to September 2020, and Network Manager, leading the Custom Network Solutions Team from October 2011 to August 2014.

Throughout their career, Paul has gained experience in network development, deployment strategies, spectrum management, and sales engineering. Paul has successfully managed and designed a wide range of solutions for customers, including large corporations and venues.

Paul Tracy attended ITT Technical Institute-Earth City from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering Technology degree in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
