Kavashgar M has over 12 years of professional experience in the IT industry. In 2007, they started as an Account Manager for Genovate Solutions, where they were responsible for meeting customer response/resolution times and objectives (SLA) as stated in the client’s support agreements, coordinating with equipment vendors and 3rd party suppliers for timely execution of projects, and providing on-site support for software/hardware implementation, administration and troubleshooting on Point of Sales (Dynamics Retail POS). In 2008, they moved to SIC College as a Web Administrator/Developer. Kavashgar then moved on to Stansfield College in 2011 as a Web Developer. In 2012, they joined Quest Oil & Gas Pte Ltd as a Solution Architect-Web. In 2013, they were hired by Hewlett-Packard as a Solution Engineer. In 2015, they joined Jumpercom Pte Ltd as a Snr Cloud Solution Architect/Lead Software Developer, where they took end-to-end ownership of small- to medium-sized projects - planning and requirements analysis through implementation, testing, and release to production. Kavashgar also implemented and managed Policy based cloud Governance. Finally, in 2017, they joined NextLabs as a Lead DevOps Engineer, and then later as a Snr DevOps Engineer. In this role, Kavashgar had in-depth experience with the DevOps concepts, from conceptualizing frameworks and building components and service, automating continuous monitoring of security and hardening, cloud provisioning and configuration technologies (AWS, Azure), container technology and use cases and application (Docker/Kubernetes), exposure and understanding- automated build pipeline, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Kavashgar also designed infrastructure environment to maximize auto-recovery and geographically distributed redundancy, simplified architecture to expand use of cloud services AWS, Azure, created, modified, prioritized, and appropriately applied architectural principles for each unique project they were assigned, worked with engineering and application development teams to improve system performance, planned, scheduled and ensured timely technical project deliverables & milestones, and was responsible for participating in architecture design discussions, tool selection and task breakdown.

Kavashgar M has a Master of Information Systems from Victoria University, where they studied ERP - SAP, obtained in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor in Computer Applications from the University of Sunderland in 2008.
