Qingqiu Dai

Qingqiu Dai has worked in the field of Human Resources since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Office Manager at Luminescent and an HR&Administrative Assistant at Sangshengtang. From 2009 to 2012, they were an Office Manager/HR&Administrative Supervisor at Seravia. From 2012 to 2015, they were an HR Supervisor at Real Idea. Finally, from 2016 to present, they have been an HR Manager at NextLabs, Inc. During their time in these roles, they have been responsible for tasks such as calculating payroll and benefits, setting up compensation and benefit policies, screening CVs, negotiating offers, and conducting salary reviews.

Qingqiu Dai received a Bachelor degree in Law from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine between 2003 and 2007. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics (HRM) on-job at Renmin University of China from 2008 to 2011.
