Kristin Van Gompel, Ed.D., serves as Manager of Customer Engagement and Teaching and Learning Innovations at Turnitin, where responsibilities include leading a global team to enhance customer utilization of products and focusing on Teaching and Learning Innovations, Customer Advocacy, and Instructional Design. With experience as a Senior Instructional Innovations Specialist and Education Manager at Turnitin, Kristin has contributed to product design, established professional services, and conducted professional development sessions globally. Additionally, Kristin is an Adjunct Professor at California State University - East Bay and has held advisory roles, curriculum development positions, and teaching roles across various educational institutions. An educator with extensive experience in curriculum design and instructional technology, Kristin holds a Doctor of Education in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University, among other degrees in educational leadership and liberal studies.
