Brett Connor

Brett Connor has over a decade of experience in the field services sector, currently serving as the Director of Field Services and Fleet at Nextlink Internet since November 2016. Brett's career progression at Nextlink Internet includes roles such as Director of Field Services, Field Quality and Dispatch Manager, and Quality Control Manager, where significant contributions included implementing procedural and process improvements and creating knowledge base articles related to quality controls. Prior to this, Brett worked at Discount Tire from January 2010 to November 2016 as an Apprentice Tech, providing support to inside sales and training new technicians. Brett holds a High School Diploma from Birdville High School (2008-2012) and has attended Tarrant County College.
