Steven Eldredge

Steven Eldredge has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Small Business Resolutions Specialist at Chase Bank, where they resolved complex banking issues and developed partnerships across departments. In 2005, they joined BNY Mellon as a Trust Analyst, processing payments and improving payment processes for various securities. Steven later became a Trust Associate and then a Relationship Manager, managing relationships with clients and participating in deal negotiations. In 2010, Steven worked as a Retail Sales Consultant at Sprint and then as a Mortgage Servicing Team Manager and Team Lead/Collector at Bank of America. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Corporate Trainer II at PennyMac Loan Services, responsible for curriculum design and development. Steven then transitioned to a Systems Engineer role, implementing and maintaining enterprise networks. Steven also worked at Trend Micro as a Customer Service Engineer and Customer Experience Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Network Operations at Nextlink Internet. Throughout their career, Steven has gained experience in network engineering, security, telephony, and training.

Steven Eldredge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Network Administration from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates Degree in Business Management with a focus in financial and operations from University of Phoenix in 2009. In addition to their degrees, Steven has several certifications including CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Project+, MCSA: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MS: Windows 7, Configuring, Drone (sUAS) Pilot - 14 CFR Part 107, JNCIA-Junos (Juniper Network Certified Associate), CompTIA Security+, A+, and CompTIA Network+.
