Tyler Whitaker is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and retail industries. Currently serving as a Technical Support Agent at Nextlink Internet since January 2023, Tyler has also held the position of Lead Remote Technician at uBreakiFix since July 2020, following a role as a Remote Technician with the company.
