Ted Purnell is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with extensive experience in leading teams and driving growth across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at NextLink Labs since September 2025, Ted plays a crucial role in mentoring teams and crafting go-to-market strategies. As the Founder and Principal of two firms, All4 Equity and All4 Growth, Ted focuses on identifying cash-flowing businesses with growth potential and guiding organizations through sales transformations. Previous roles include Technology Consulting Leader at EY, where Ted achieved significant year-over-year growth, and Vice President of North American Sales at Unsupervised, where strategic go-to-market execution was key to revenue success. Throughout a career that includes leadership positions at Import.io, Moogsoft, Instart Logic, and Riverbed Technology, Ted has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive sales performance and operational excellence. Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and is an alumnus of the United States Naval Academy.
