Ajay Chauhan, known as AJ, is a Senior Consultant at NextLink Group since August 2021, responsible for generating new business and managing the complete UK & Europe staffing process. Previously, AJ served as an Account Manager, successfully maintaining regional client accounts and onboarding new customers. Prior experience includes roles as Account Manager-Sales Team Lead and Senior Sales Account Manager at Newforce Global Services Ltd, focusing on resource optimization, sales team performance, and client relationship management. AJ's expertise spans client relationship management, digital transformation consulting, market research, and new client acquisition in sectors such as Fintech, Insuretech, and IT. AJ holds an MBA in Marketing from the Central University of Himachal Pradesh and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from HPU Shimla.
