Butrint Ymeri

Butrint Ymeri has a diverse work experience starting as a sales associate at Nike and Hollister Co in 2009 and 2010, respectively. In 2012, they interned for the National Democratic Institute and Kosova Business Registration Agency (ARBK). Butrint then worked as a First Secretary at the Consulate General of the Republic of Kosovo from March 2016 to September 2020 before joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Kosovo as a diplomat from April 2014 to December 2021. Currently, they are the Chief Business Development Officer at Nextloc since January 2022.

Butrint Ymeri completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, and Public Policy from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2012. In 2011, they attended a summer school at the University of Ljubljana. Later in 2012, they received a Master's Degree in International Relations - European Union Studies from Leiden University.
