Bala Venkataswara

Bala Venkataswara has over 20 years of experience in IT management. Bala began their career in 1999 as a Senior IT Consultant at SoftSol, where they were responsible for administration and troubleshooting of MS Windows NT Server and Exchange Server 5.0 systems. Bala then moved to Pensare, Inc. as an IT Manager, managing company wide IT requirements and systems administration activities. In 2001, they joined Gemfire Corporation as a Senior Network Administrator, managing company wide IT requirements and systems administration activities, including scheduled backups, network administration, mail administration, Intranet server administration and user support. In 2002, they returned to SoftSol as an IT Manager. Bala then moved to Concentrix in 2010, where they held the same role. In 2016, they joined TR Soft (Planetre) as an IT Manager and in 2017 they joined CREDO Mobile as a Senior IT Manager. Most recently, they are a Senior Manager - IT at NextNav LLC.

Bala Venkataswara obtained a Master's Degree in Applied Physics and Computer Electronics from Bharathidasan University, India. Bala also holds an ITIL Foundation Certificate in Service Management from ITIL, which was obtained in October 2017, as well as an MCSE NT4 from Microsoft.
