Linda Esquivel has worked in various administrative roles since 1988. Linda began their career as a Clerk Typist at the Internal Revenue Service. In this role, they handled sensitive system access that required special security clearance and researched and printed Individual account requests for the Lien Desk. Linda then moved on to the role of Collection Group Secretary, where they provided support to two Group Managers and 15-30 Collection Revenue Officers. In the former role, they provided administrative support to engineers and second-level management, and ordered material using the company system. In the latter role, they provided administrative support to 18 FACS administrators, 16 HICAP Engineers, one group manager, and one second-level manager. Her duties included maintaining a calendar using MS Outlook, receiving all incoming and outgoing correspondence, calls, and visitors, and maintaining and reconciling the company credit card and documentation.

Since 2015, Linda has worked as an Office Manager at NextNav LLC. Her duties include providing administrative support to the President, four VPs, five Directors, and 45 Engineers; making travel arrangements and expenses using Concur; assisting HR with scheduling candidates for interviews and tracking the recruitment process for all open positions; maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies and break room needs; maintaining conference rooms and schedules; ordering daily dinner and lunch for meetings; scheduling and preparing for meetings, conference calls, and video conference meetings; maintaining and ordering service and/or supplies for all office equipment; preparing international deliveries; scheduling, maintaining, and stocking a corporate apartment; and event planning.

Linda Esquivel graduated from Independence High School in 1987 with a High School Diploma.
