Shyamili Satyendran

Shyamili Satyendran has over 20 years of work experience in Human Resources, Quality Assurance and related fields. Shyamili began their career in 1999 as a Quality Assurance at KG Informations Systems Pvt. Ltd. In 2001, they joined Intelesoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Manager of Human Resources. In 2004, they moved to Deluxe Entertainment Services as Senior Manager of Human Resources. In 2011, they joined Netcracker Technology as Senior Manager of Human Resources. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources at Tarento Group and will be joining NextNav as Director of Human Resources in 2022.

Shyamili Satyendran began their educational journey in 1985 when they obtained a BA in Economics from the University of Calicut. In 1989, they completed a Diploma in Basic Computer Programing from Computer Point India Ltd. In 1990, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Center for Professional Studies.
