Ana Valentina Camino Di Prinzio

Ana Valentina Camino Di Prinzio has worked in various roles since 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Geophysicist at TRX Consulting. During this time, they developed and executed an Hydrogeological Mining Project, acquired, processed and interpreted geophysical electrical and electromagnetic data, and integrated methods to build a three-dimensional finite element groundwater modeling. In 2019, they became a Sourcing Specialist at Fetcher, where they performed in-depth analysis and complementary research around the requirements of all assigned positions. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Lead Talent Sourcer and Talent Advocate at Alto, where they sourced IT talent from LATAM using networking tools, and communicated with prospects via emails and LinkedIn. Currently, they are a Research Lead at Nexton, where they work hand in hand with the VP of Talent to deal with new positions, calibrates each new search, and performs market research and feasibility analysis on positions.

Ana Valentina Camino Di Prinzio obtained their Engineer's degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the Universidad Simón Bolívar in 2018. Additionally, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate 70/100 (C1 Advanced) from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in November 2021.
