Juan Martin Michelli has worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality and customer service industries since 2005. Juan Martin began their career at Kodak Alaris as a Photography Store Seller, where they exceeded sales targets and goals. In 2007, they joined Sheraton Hotels & Resorts as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, where they were responsible for preparing rosters, staff management, and restaurant and bar supervision. In 2013, they joined Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, where they held three roles: Events Service Manager, Restaurant & Bar Manager, and Food and Beverage Supervisor - Events Service. In 2019, they joined WeWork as a Building Manager (Operations Manager), where they were responsible for sales and community dynamics, managing and maintaining relationships with vendors and landlords, and managing all building operations. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Nexton as a Sr. Customer Operations Manager.
Juan Martin Michelli obtained a Licenciatura en Turismo y Hotelería from Universidad del Salvador in 2012, with a field of study in Turismo, ocio y naturaleza. Prior to this, they obtained a Profesional Gastronómico from Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía in 2008, with a field of study in Cocina y gastronomía, general. Juan Martin also holds a Celi 1 certification from Università per Stranieri di Perugia.
