Lídia Barros

Lídia Barros has a diverse work experience. Lídia began their career in 2018 at Alunos.me as a Human Resources Analyst and Office Support Assistant. In 2019, they joined GE as a Human Resources Intern and later as a Human Resources Operations Specialist. In 2022, they moved to BairesDev as a Talent Acquistion Specialist and then to Nexton as a Talent Relations Analyst. At Nexton, they were responsible for maintaining and keeping relationships with candidates during the recruiting process, onboarding new talents, supporting employees with their career path, providing assistance to employees in termination processes, engaging new screeners, and working cross-teams to improve processes.

Lídia Barros completed their Ensino Médio Integrado at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Minas Gerais - IFMG Campus Betim from 2015 to 2017, majoring in Tecnologia em Mecânica Industrial. Lídia then attended Universidade Federal de Viçosa from 2018 to 2022, graduating with a degree in Administração. Lídia is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, majoring in People Management.
