Noelia Guercetti (She/Her)

Noelia Guercetti has worked in the Human Resources field since 2009. Noelia began their career as an Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Specialist at CONECAR NUTRICIÓN. In 2015, they became a Human Resources Generalist at the same company and achieved successes such as developing and implementing internal communication and training policies and procedures, as well as reducing absenteeism rates and former employee's claims. In 2017, they moved to Swift Argentina as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where they developed HR strategies and aligned them to company goals, acted as an employee relations and employment law consultant, delivered reports and KPI's, implemented corrective actions, presented results to corporate and executive management, and led negotiations to develop and implement a company's app for internal communications. In 2021, Noelia Guercetti began working at Find Me as a Senior Recruiter. Noelia also started working at Nexton as a Principal Recruiter and Senior Recruiter. As a Senior Recruiter, they were a top performer in a fast-paced environment, working on more than 25 job openings at the same time, exceeding goals and KPI's set for each level of the recruiter career path. Noelia used boolean searches in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources to contact outstanding talent all over Latin America. Additionally, as a Recruiting Analyst, they helped venture-backed start-ups connect with world-class engineering talent through a smart and agile process.

Noelia Guercetti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Universidad del Centro Educativo Latinoamericano between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they studied English Language and Literature, General at the English Language Teaching Institute from 2002 to 2010.
