Oriana Ortega

Oriana Ortega has held a variety of roles in the recruitment and talent acquisition field since 2018. Oriana began their career at Colcafe SAS as a Talent Acquisition Psychologist, where they created and designed job profiles for interns. In 2021, they joined PeakU as an IT Recruiter, where they were responsible for job definition/description, passive recruiting and headhunting, resume screening, screening calls, virtual interviewing, employment tests, shortlisting, reference and background check, customer service and negotiation with clients. Oriana utilized tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Computrabajo and the PEAKU platform. Currently, they are a Technical Recruiting Analyst at Nexton, where they work to empower venture-backed start-ups by connecting them with world-class engineering talent. Oriana uses LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoho Recruit in their current role.

Oriana Ortega completed a Postgraduate Degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Health from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in 2020. Oriana also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university between 2014 and 2019.
