Currently serving as Managing Partner at NextOPP Search since June 2015, Gail leads a women-owned B Corp Certified recruiting agency that partners with companies to attract and retain top-tier talent. Prior roles include Director of Professional & Financial Services at Russell, Tobin & Associates, Vice President of International Equities at AB Executive Search, and CEO of Tre Bella Foods, which Gail founded and scaled to nationwide distribution. Earlier in the career, Gail held positions as Vice President of US Equity Sales & Trading at Teeman Perley Gilmartin Inc. and as an Associate in Equity Research Sales at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University and has studied at Universidad de Cádiz.
