Jacob Martinelle has over 20 years of experience in the media industry. Jacob began their career in 1999 as a Key Account Manager at The Phone House. In 2000, they moved to Dagens Nyheter as a Media Sales. In 2005, they returned to Key Account Manager role at Clear Channel. In 2006, they joined MTG TV as Head of Business Affairs, Head of Content AFP/Branded Content, and Team Leader Sales. In 2015, they became the CEO & Founder of Martly Media AB and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Banijay Nordic. In 2021, they joined Nextory as Content Acquisition Manager.

Jacob Martinelle has a background in both business and engineering. Jacob has been enrolled in IHM Business School since 2000, studying business administration, marketing and sales. Prior to that, they attended STI - Stockholm Institute of Technology from 1992, studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Jacob also holds a certification from Sjöfartsverket, Fartygsbefäll klass VIII / Deck Officer Class VIII.
