Lennart Kok has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and technology industries. Lennart started their career in the hospitality industry, working in various roles in F&B/Event Catering Operations for different companies from 2006 to 2011. Lennart then joined Hilton Worldwide, where they worked as a Sales Trainee, Groups/Conference Coordinator, and Sales Coordinator. During their time at Hilton, they collaborated with various teams and offices to optimize rate availability, provided detailed sales reporting, and managed group requirements for events. In 2014, they transitioned to Booking.com, where they held several roles, including Connectivity Account Manager, Implementation Manager, and Project Manager. In these positions, they established key relationships with partners, managed technical programs, and provided support and training on global and strategic partnerships. In 2019, they joined NextPax as the Director of Global Partnerships, where they established key relationships with strategic accounts and prioritized the roadmap for top partners.
