HAYLEY Marshall

Hayley Marshall is a skilled professional in quality control and laboratory management, currently serving as the Head of QC at NextPharma since 2023. They have extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and laboratory sectors, having previously held roles such as Senior Manager QC at NextPharma and Senior QC Manager at Lonza. Hayley began their career as a Laboratory Services Technician at BP and progressed through various positions at Aptuit, culminating in supervisory roles. They earned a BSc (H) in Chemistry with Instrumentation and Information Technology from Glasgow Caledonian University between 1995 and 1999.
