Zahra Dawood

Zahra Dawood is an experienced quality assurance professional with a solid background in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior QA Officer at NextPharma since December 2021, Zahra previously held positions at Concept Life Sciences, where responsibilities included performing internal audits of GCP regulated studies and maintaining document management systems. Prior to that, Zahra worked as a Quality Control Analyst at Censo Biotechnologies, focusing on assays related to mycoplasma detection and standard operating procedures. The career began as a Bacteriology Laboratory Technician at Aviagen, where responsibilities included conducting ISO17025 accredited testing for salmonella isolation. Zahra holds a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from Heriot-Watt University.
