Currently serving as an Account Support Specialist at NextPhase Medical Devices since March 2023, previous roles include Claim Submission Specialist and Credentialing Specialist at Doctors' Management Service Inc., where responsibilities involved organizing and maintaining practitioner credentials and assisting health plan providers. Darlene also held the position of Product Manager at Pancon Corporation, managing customer orders and project processes, and worked at Covidien in multiple roles, including Contract Administrator and Specialty Team Lead, focusing on customer service quality and pricing processes. Darlene's educational background includes studies at Bristol Community College and a degree in Medical Coding, Billing and Office Administration from Motoring Technical Training Institute.
