Suma Shanthappa

Suma Shanthappa has a diverse background in technology and leadership, with experience as an intern at Hammer Mindset and MResult, where foundational knowledge of Python was gained. Suma served as a Student Member at Alvas - Edwin's Lab, mentoring junior students on professional networking and interview preparation. Current roles include Scrum Master and Business Analyst at DePaul iD Lab, where Suma ensures project efficiency, and AI Summer Camp Manager, responsible for coordinating an AI-focused program for high school students. As Media and Communications Manager, Suma enhances the online presence of DePaul’s iD Lab. Currently a Business Development Intern at Next Play, Suma is pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology at DePaul University, building on a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology.
