Whitney Shackleton

Whitney Shackleton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success management and human resources. Currently serving as the Client Success Team Lead and Implementation Manager at Meltwater since May 2017, Whitney oversees a team dedicated to enhancing client relationships and ensuring smooth implementation processes for new clients. Prior roles include Senior Key Account Manager and HR Business Partner at The South African Gold Coin Exchange, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR services and recruitment. Whitney has also held positions in sales as a Client Executive at 21st Century Pay Solutions Group, as well as coaching and administrative roles at St. Cyprians School for Girls and Caradoc Realty, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Labour, Organisational Psychology & Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Town.
