ASHOK currently works as a Technical Product Manager at Next Quarter, where they oversee the development and delivery of a high-impact product for Kirkland. ASHOK led a 10 million dollar initiative, building the product from scratch and ensuring its seamless integration within the company's operations.

Prior to this, Ashok served as the Co-Director at Haritha Bharat Foundation, where they spearheaded strategic initiatives to promote sustainable development in rural communities. Before that, Ashok worked as a Territory Manager at Hero MotoCorp, where they streamlined workshop operations and implemented a data-driven approach to reduce service turnaround time. ASHOK conducted market research and competitor analysis, identifying key market trends and customer preferences that led to an increase in workshop bookings.

Ashok's career began as an Assistant Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where they standardized customer care systems and launched targeted marketing campaigns that contributed to revenue growth and increased workshop bookings.

Ashok Varma earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in an undisclosed field of study from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

In terms of certifications, Ashok obtained a Product Masterclass certification from the Product School in May 2023, as well as a Salesforce Certified Associate certification from Salesforce in the same month and year.
