Amie Allnutt

Amie Allnutt currently serves as the Director of Human Resources (HRBP) at Nextracker Inc. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Amie held various senior human resources positions at Monolithic Power Systems from August 2008 to April 2024, including Sr. Manager, Manager, Supervisor, and Sr. Human Resources Generalist. Earlier in the career, Amie worked as a Human Resources Generalist at NetApp from June 2004 to August 2008, contributing to innovative storage and data management solutions. Amie's initial HR experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist intern at NetCentrex and as a Human Resources Representative intern at Knight Ridder Digital.
