Dajana A.

Dajana A. currently serves as the Manager of Engineering Program Management at Nextracker Inc., overseeing nine product development programs with a comprehensive focus on execution plans, budget management exceeding $5 million, and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Dajana was an Engineering Program Manager at Amber Kinetics, where a proposal was developed to justify UL certification, and significant management of UL certification projects was conducted. Dajana's experience includes roles at FANUC America Corporation, managing robotic system cell developments and improving process efficiencies, as well as early career positions in process improvement and biomedical engineering. Dajana holds a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of South Florida.
