Sharat Gaur

Sharat Gaur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering program management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Apple since October 2015. At Apple, Sharat leads teams focused on data governance, privacy and regulatory compliance, as well as ML Infrastructure Tooling and Safety within the Services organization, overseeing key platforms such as the App Store, Music, and iCloud. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at Amazon from April 2007 to October 2015, with a progression from Technical Account Manager to Kindle Technical Account Management. Sharat holds a BA in Economics and Human Rights from the University of Washington and has pursued additional studies in International Humanitarian Law at the University of Bergen and a Certificate in Creative Writing from the University of Pennsylvania.
