Lance Turner

Lance Turner currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nextracker Inc., overseeing global strategic HR activities, including total rewards, employee development, HR processes, and systems since November 2022. Previously, Lance held senior roles in human resources at JSR Micro, Inc., Triumph Group, and CenturyLink, where responsibilities included organizational talent management, performance management program strategies, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Early career experience includes significant HR leadership roles at Honeywell Aerospace, where various impactful initiatives were executed across multiple locations and business functions, along with earlier HR positions at Dana Holding Corporation. Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
